Out-of-court dispute resolution

The EU Commission has created an online platform for dispute resolution (“ODR platform”) that, according to the Commission (status as of 06/01/2016), is expected to be available from 15/02/2016 at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. If the customer is a consumer living in the European Union, this platform can be used to resolve disputes regarding contractual obligations from online contracts out of court.
